Maxim Services LLC is looking for a well versed and experienced installer and service technician on Overhead Doors and Loading Dock Equipment. We are seeking an individual who can service and install sectional overhead doors, sheet doors, rolling steel doors, speed doors and all loading dock equipment. The perfect candidate comes up with solutions, adapts, and overcomes the common problems at a job site. We require the "CAN DO" attitude that it takes to succeed in today's market.
Professional behavior and attitude. Only experienced applicants need apply. This is a very specific listing for a highly skilled individual.
Skills required:
- 2 years’ experience minimum servicing and installing overhead doors or loading dock equipment.
- Welding and torching skills
- Some experience with concrete work
- Trouble shooting
- Ability to run equipment (fork lift, scissor lift, bobcat, concrete demo saw)
- Strong attendance record
- Clean driving record
- Willing to travel
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to complete paper work (work orders, timesheets, quote requests, etc)
- A commitment to deliver superior customer service
- Ability to interact with customers (walking through repairs made and repairs needed)
- Servicing Indianapolis and the surrounding communities
